(Long Island, NY) The Third Squad reports the arrest of two men in New Cassel on Monday, August 3, 2015 at 7:45pm and on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 1:50am.
According to Detectives, defendants Joshua Nembhard, 17, of Westbury and Rodney King, 22, of New Cassel did use stolen credit cards at 12 Westbury locations and 1 Carle Place location between July 7, 2015 and July 8, 2015.

The investigation led to the arrest of defendant Nembhard at the corner of Magnolia and Prospect Avenues at 7:45pm. Defendant King was located at his residence and surrendered to officers at 1:50am.

Both Defendants are each charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property and thirteen counts of Identity Theft. Defendant Nembhard was arraigned on August 4, 2015 and defendant King will be arraigned on August 5, 2015 in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
