(Long Island, NY) Third Squad detectives report the arrest of two individuals for a Burglary that occurred on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 10:52 pm in Great Neck.
According to detectives, David Jimenez, 17, of College Point and Felipe Sanchez, 20, of New York along with an unknown third individual (no description) were observed entering a residence on Udall Drive.

The witness called 911 and responding officers located the defendants in the vicinity of 1010 Northern Boulevard and were placed in custody without incident. Recovered at the scene was a safe that was removed from the residence.
The investigation is ongoing.

Both defendants are charged with Burglary 2nd degree and were arraigned in First District Court, Hempstead on Sunday, August 2, 201506/14/2014.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
