(Long Island, NY) The Suffolk County Police Homicide Squad is investigating a shooting that occurred on Wednesday, June 3, on Davidson Street in Wyandanch. Four people seated in a parked SUV were shot.
First Precinct officers responded to a 911 call reporting gunshots on Davidson Street at approximately 11:50 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victims within the vehicle.

Three victims were pronounced dead at the scene and a fourth victim was transported to a nearby hospital and treated for non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
The deceased victims are identified as:
- William Madrey, 25, of Wyandanch
- Stephanie Almedina Rivera, 23, of Bay Shore
- Ciara Smith, 23, of Deer Park
The identity of the surviving fourth victim is being withheld at this time.
William Madrey is a previously self-admitted gang member. The Suffolk County Police Department is investigating whether gang affiliation played a role in the homicides.
The Suffolk County Police Department is asking the public for any information they may have about this incident, or the people involved, to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220 TIPS. Crime Stoppers is offering a $3,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of the subject responsible for these homicides.
