(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating a robbery that occurred at a North Amityville gas station on Sunday, October 4.
A man approached an attendant outside Mega Gas Station, located at 624 Broadway, displayed a knife and stole money from the employee’s pocket. The man fled in a silver, four-door Scion XB.
The man was described as black, between 30 and 40 years old, approximately 6 feet tall and heavyset. He was wearing all black clothing with multi-colored sneakers.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on this incident to call the First Squad at 631-854-8152 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
