(Long Island, NY) Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate the man who used a stolen credit card at a Melville gas station in June.
A man used a stolen credit card to purchase cigarettes at Shell, located at 1010 Walt Whitman Road on June 1 at 4:30 p.m.

A purse containing the credit card was stolen from an elderly woman’s shopping cart at Waldbaums, located at 890 Walt Whitman Road in Melville, earlier that day.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
