The gothic chillers starring Missouri born Vincent Price still draw a strong, adoring fan base. His fright films entertained, thrilled, they didn’t just “gross out”. Film historian Glenn Andreiev returns to the cinema with an evening class covering the various films, not just horror, of the multi-talented Mr. Price. This talk covers his 1940’s gothic/noir films such as Laura and Leave Her To Heaven, his famous horror gems, such as the Edgar Allan Poe adaptations, and his later outlandish revenge comedy/thrillers of the 1970’s, and more.
