(Long Island, NY) We Care for Kids, is hosting their Annual Holiday party for Angela’s House on Dec 7th and 8th of 2013 at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers in Hauppauge NY.
The holiday event will be filled with family activities, music, dancers, entertainment and costumed characters for children and their families of Angela’s House. These children and their families are used to facing hardships daily and don’t usually get to enjoy the everyday activities a child of “norm” would enjoy.
In 1992, the non for profit Angela’s House, was created to offer families and professionals an agency to call to help medically frail children and their families. Angela’s House has helped to simplify home care options for families by coordinating the extensive array of services needed to support medically frail children at home.
CEO, Arthur Krantz, founded ‘We Care for Kids’ almost two decades ago. Local, and national, businesses contribute to his efforts to service the community of disadvantaged, needy children, on Long Island. Together with a handful of volunteers, holiday parties, accommodating thousands of youngsters, are the culminations of each year’s work. The grand events are filled with toys and celebration, as well as poignant memories which will last a life time.
Krantz Motorsports help raise money and awareness for Angela’s House. Darren Krantz, is President of PRC (son of Arthur Krantz) stated “with success comes obligation, that’s what my father always says and we feel that Riverhead Raceway is a great place to raise awareness for Angela’s House Race For Kids and enjoy some good clean family fun that you can only find at your local short track”. Both David Roys and Chad Churilla will run the full season of races at Riverhead Raceway in their respective divisions with a new state-of-art race shop in the final stages of completion at PRC’S Long Island headquarters in St. James.
