(Long Island, NY) The Major Case Bureau reports an arrest for Grand Larceny on Friday, September 25, 2015 at 7:40 A.M.
According to detectives, between March 8, 2015 and July 27, 2015, Mohammad Raza, 35, of Westbury, while employed as a manager at CVS, located at 1 Gussack Plaza, conducted fraudulent returns causing a loss to CVS of $20,000. He was arrested at his home without incident.

Raza is charged with Grand Larceny 3rd degree and will be arraigned on Friday, September 25, 2015 at First District Court in Hempstead.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Defendants are entitled to a fair trial with the burden on the prosecution to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
