(Massapequa, NY) Crime Stoppers and the Nassau County Police Department are seeking the public’s help in identifying the pictured subject in connection with an Identity Theft which occurred in Massapequa Park, New York.

Nassau County Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying the pictured subject in connection with an Identity Theft which occurred in Massapequa Park.
According to police, on Thursday, January 2, 2014, at approximately 6:08 PM, the pictured subject was at the CVS located at 598 Grand Avenue, Rockville Centre. While present in the store the subject used a victim’s NEFCU Visa credit card information fraudulently, creating a forged instrument to purchase $ 620.99 worth of store merchandise.
In addition the subject used the fraudulent credit card at Walgreens located at 1968 Grand Avenue, and CVS located at 911 Atlantic Avenue, in Baldwin, NY making the total fraudulent purchases over $1,850.00. The subject fled the scenes in unknown directions.
