(Long Island, NY) The Major Case Bureau is investigating a Robbery that occurred on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 5:00 am in Westbury.
According to Robbery Squad detectives, a 40 year old female victim (victim #1) went to the front door of her place of work, Babies R US – 1350 Corporate Drive to let another female coworker inside. An unknown subject then entered the door behind them and displayed a black hand gun.

The subject ordered the victims to the back office, tied up the hands of victim # 2 (60 years of age) with metal type costume handcuffs and had her lay on the floor. Victim # 1 was then forced to open the safe and put an undetermined amount of US currency inside a canvass bag. The subject then restrained victim # 1 with the same type handcuffs and forced her lay on top of victim # 2.
The subject then fled the scene in an unknown direction. There were no reported injuries.
The subject is described as a male black, 5’8”- 6’0’ tall, wearing a dark colored sweatshirt, dark pants and a black ski mask covering his face.
